At any time, American citizens can be taken from their home, imprisoned, and held indefinitely.  No charges, no attorney, no due process, no nothing.  Just gone.  In the middle of the night.  Here, now, in America.

 This is the stuff of nightmares, of oppression, torture, murder . . . it’s the stuff of tyranny.
