A few Words about Women whom stay at home to Democratic strategist Hilary Rosen

Posted in Ann Romney, Hilary Rosen, War on Women on April 13, 2012 by Ferrell Gummitt

Hilary Rosen – who has visited the White House more than 35 times – attacked Ann Romney, mother of five boys, for “never work[ing] a day in her life.”  Just when we thought the left couldn’t get more insensitive and condescending toward conservative women and derisive of the concept of motherhood, the Democrats’ narrative about a supposed GOP “war on women” gets exposed to reveal the long-standing, patronizing, and extremely abusive feminist “war on conservative women.”

A stay at home Mom indicates there is also a Dad who has a job, sometimes two, and they both sacrifice to raise their children to be productive adults. Numerous studies have shown that two parent households lead to children with better grades, less problems with drugs and alcohol, and fewer criminal convictions

Contrast those kids with kids raised by the government: Single mothers, absent fathers, welfare, Section 8 housing subsidies, food stamps, Head Start, schools used for nothing other than babysitting services. US Education Secretary Arne Duncan reports that 75% of young people are ineligible for military service because of bad grades, drug and alcohol problems, and criminal convictions. If they are ineligible for military service they are most certainly ineligible for a job.

The biggest failed policy of the past 50 years is LBJ’s Great Society which has created three generations of Americans not only unable to care for themselves, but unable to have a positive impact on society.

As for the suposed “apology” this is typical liberal doubletalk she apologised for any offense taken, not for her illwill towards women who stay home to raise their children.   Her words were clear in intent and thought,  Ann Romney is married to a wealthy man and stayed home to raise her 5 sons which in Rosen’s warped world view does not amount to anything resembling “a day’s work in her life”.  Even ignoring the fact that Ann Romney has been dealing with cancer and MS on top of raising her boys,  Rosen has in this one sitting openly disparaged all women everywhere who stay home to raise their children because their husbands have the means to accomodate it.  The words were clear, they‘re weren’t “poorly chosen” or “misspoken”.   Rosen’s words said exactly what Rosen believes..that women who choose to stay home to raise their kids because their husbands can afford it have not done a “hard day’s work in their lives”.

What about the War on Men, Families, Marriage and Religious Freedom Dems?

Posted in War on Women on March 21, 2012 by Ferrell Gummitt

There IS a war on women…and on men, and families, and marriage, and religious freedom, (not to mention small businesses and taxpayers) and on everything that is good and wholesome.

From selective service to human resources of almost every company in the USA, men are told to carry the water and shut up about it. Some things have NOT changed really. men have always carried the water, from fighting wars for the safety of women to inventing just about all gadgets from a to z. the difference is that now men are treated like evil, stupid, lazy, smelly, ignorant, knuckle dragging women haters who don’t deserve a warm bed and oh by the way we aren’t supposed to stand up and pee anymore either. The most frustrating aspect of course, is the liberal feminist type men who help support that thinking. Few good women out there right now that see this for what it is. Let’s face it, men are moderated, women are not. This one result alone creates a huge whole to the dark side that no one will admit is real.

Before bashing and stereotyping ALL women or American women OR all men Or all young people of a certain generation, think about a big source of this problem:

The constant, never ending messages from media land, the TV, advertisers, and Hollywood.

Our society promotes big time slut culture and self-centered immediate satisfaction. Just take the treatment of women alone. We’ve come a long way? Looks like the Stone Age to me. Look at the clothes that all “girls” are supposed to wear from elementary age to retirement age. Look at the way women are posed in media commercials. The cosmetic surgery. The importance of gigantic fake boobs. The woman characters on TV. Women are almost always used as sex meat. And it is not just the men who are accepting and promoting this. After being born into this Caligula culture, what do people expect? Garbage in. Garbage out.

What’s to counter this? Where is the balance? Where is our morality?

In our secular, material-crazed society there is an almost complete ignorance of scripture, a lack of moral upbringing, and no balance with participating in church, following God’s laws, time spent thinking about consequences, the future, or even an eternal afterlife.

If a person (the “typical” American woman, or young teenage boy, or whoever) only puts this garbage into their brain and never sees the other side (no one bothered to take them to church, the schools or day cares don’t teach Christian morals, and they don’t realize they can think outside the box) then they will continue to act like garbage.

But don’t completely write “these people” off! Everyone has made mistakes, we are all sinners. It is easy to condemn, to divide and pit one side against another.

So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking.  They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts. Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, and they are full of greed.  Eph 4: 17-19 (NIV)

For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves,  in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. Col I: 13-14 (NIV)
