How about a “Shout Out” to George W Bush here?

From Moonbattery.com.  Could have said it better myself.

Wouldn’t it be nice if Osama bin Laden‘s richly deserved demise put an end to the sanctimonious bleating by Barack bin Obama and his supporters about how awful America used to be back when we interrogated terrorists? The Muslim atrocities of 9/11 where planned not by bin Laden but by Club Gitmo detainee Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the guy Obama’s Attorney General wanted to grant a NYC show trial that could have resulted in his release, a farce that would have put George W. Bush and America on trial for harsh interrogation techniques rather than KSM. Guess who spilled the beans that led to bin Laden and why:

Current and former U.S. officials say that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the mastermind of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, provided the nom de guerre of one of bin Laden’s most trusted aides. The CIA got similar information from Mohammed’s successor, Abu Faraj al-Libi. Both were subjected to harsh interrogation tactics inside CIA prisons in Poland and Romania.

The news is sure to reignite debate over whether the now-closed interrogation and detention program was successful. Former president George W. Bush authorized the CIA to use the harshest interrogation tactics in U.S. history. President Barack Obama closed the prison system. The only downside to bin Laden’s hopefully excruciating death is that now we have to listen to the media giving credit to the terrorism-facilitating fool whose policies wouldn’t have allowed it to happen.

  1. Wow!! So we gotta give a shoutout to someone who really didn’t care where Bin Laden was, and let the attacks on 9/11 happen while he sat around reading My Pet Goat? Gee can we also give credit to GWB for killing over 4000+ servicemen and women on a lie?? Can we give credit to GWB for taking over 1000 days of vacation during his tainted two terms??

Sorry there old bean, but GWB let Bin Laden escape from Tora Bora and a REAL president in Barack Obama tracked him down and killed him.

Time to return to a real issue to you neo-cons, like where Obama was born right??!!!! You certainly can’t win on the real issues.

    • History shows that President Obama was against going to war in Iraq, opposed the surges in both theaters, and even opposed the spending for those wars as a U.S. senator. President Obama has repeatedly fought to cut military budgets and imposed ridiculous and deadly rules of engagement on our troops. The American military has suffered the highest casualty rates in Afghanistan since President Obama took over direction of the war, and even Iraq, where the President has convinced the country our troops are no longer in combat, has produced its deadliest month since the President’s announcement of our “combat” troops’ withdrawal.

Now President Obama takes credit for Bin Laden’s death. President Obama has spent the last two and a half years blaming President Bush for everything under the sun. For the first time, George W. Bush’s name is appropriate to mention.

President Obama “inherited” this victory from George W. Bush and Donald Rumsfeld.

      So to conclude:
CIA found the compound six years ago. Bush
Lead that got us Bin Laden’s location started four years ago. Bush
Lead came from detainee interrogations at Gitmo. Bush
Bases in Afghanistan used for the operation. Bush

Sorry dude, but Obama “inherited” this victory from Bush.
