President Barack Obama says the 39th anniversary of Roe v. Wade is the chance to recognize the “fundamental constitutional right” to abortion and to “continue our efforts to ensure that our daughters have the same rights, freedoms, and opportunities as our sons to fulfill their dreams.”

The 1974 U.S. Supreme Court nationalized abortion law, prohibiting states from deciding on the matter. In his written statement, Obama acknowledged that abortion has been a divisive political issue.

Obama, while serving in the Illinois State Legislature and as president of the United States, has taken a hard line on abortion rights.

In his statement on the anniversary of the Roe v. Wade ruling, Obama said it reflects the broader principles of America.

“As we mark the 39th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, we must remember that this Supreme Court decision not only protects a woman’s health and reproductive freedom, but also affirms a broader principle: that government should not intrude on private family matters,” Obama said. “I remain committed to protecting a woman’s right to choose and this fundamental constitutional right.

“While this is a sensitive and often divisive issue — no matter what our views, we must stay united in our determination to prevent unintended pregnancies, support pregnant woman and mothers, reduce the need for abortion, encourage healthy relationships, and promote adoption,” Obama said.

“And as we remember this historic anniversary, we must also continue our efforts to ensure that our daughters have the same rights, freedoms, and opportunities as our sons to fulfill their dreams.”

Since 1973 there is a whole generation of men and women who are missing from this country. They would have been taxpaying teachers, policemen, doctors, farmers or even your next door neighbor. But their lives were taken because of convenience or because of pressure from boyfriends, pimps or even parents. It is truly sad. And our nation is suffering because of it.

President Barack Obama says the 39th anniversary of Roe v. Wade is the chance to recognize the “fundamental constitutional right” to abortion and to “continue our efforts to ensure that our daughters have the same rights, freedoms, and opportunities as our sons to fulfill their dreams.”  And as usual there is no mention of the rights of the murdered.

Obama says that government shouldn’t get into a woman’s private life, but I guess he thinks it’s OK for the government to get into a church’s business when it is forcing them to pay for abortions and contraceptives which goes against the tenants of their faith.

“We must remember that this Supreme Court decision not only protects a woman’s health and reproductive freedom, but also affirms a broader principle: that government should not intrude on private family matters,” the President said in a statement. ”I remain committed to protecting a woman’s right to choose and this fundamental constitutional right.” -Obama

The last time I checked, the percentage of abortions performed due to rape, incest or to save the life of the mother is under 1 percent. If women want reproductive freedom they can use birth control or keep their knees together. The right to murder your own child is not a God given right or a right granted by the constitution. What fundamental constitutional right is Obama committed to protecting? Privacy regarding family matters maybe? Maybe that’s why the administration wants start weighing our kids. Or allowing school employees to take children to abortion clinics without their parents’ permission or knowledge. Or trying to forces us to buy products we don’t want or need. I can’t wait until the Obama Reign of terror is over, finished, kaput.

Legalized abortion on demand is the vilest decision ever handed down by the Supreme Court.

Abortion is anti-life and a sin against God who gives us life now abortion on demand is used as birth control and is a multibillion dollar industry. Tax dollars should never be used to support this evil industry.

The pro-death abortion crowd has now convinced thousands of women and young girls that destroying an unborn child is no more wrong than having a cancer removed. Those advocates  of death will answer to God for the evil they have inspired.

If killing babies helps you fulfill your dreams, your dream is a nightmare!
