The Washington Times Reports:
Urging Congress again to pass a portion of his jobs bill, President Obama claimed Wednesday that God is on his side.
Mr. Obama was standing at the D.C. side of the Key Bridge, calling attention to America’s crumbling infrastructure and the need to put more construction workers back on the job. He criticized House Republicans for ignoring his legislation while approving a measure that reaffirms “In God We Trust” as the national motto.
“That’s not putting people back to work,” Mr. Obama said. “I trust in God, but God wants to see us help ourselves by putting people back to work.”
For an impressionable period of Obama’s youth, he was raised in a third world country. His “vision” of better is guided by this but also the fact that he is a paranoid delusional megalomaniac. He is certainly more African/Muslim than Judeo-Christian American in his worldviews and expectations of “better”. He has a preoccupation with race and revenge. He also uses communist rhetoric to justify an administration that is essentially a criminal enterprise. They simply attempt to steal wealth from one group and give it to another.
Question: Did Obama have a come to Jesus meeting or something? We all know he just uses the name of God in speeches when he needs to screw with Americans rights and freedoms and get his agenda passed, as a case in point, Obamacare.
What’s next, a jihad on those republican infidels for not supporting another one of your reckless spending bills?
The President is desperate. Contrary to his previous claims he is willing to make his “perfect” the enemy of the good. He apparently will only accept the total and unconditional defeat of his ‘enemies’. His recessionary plan to raise taxes on the productive to increase spending, not pay down the debt, is a non-starter. Unfortunately, his people can’t adapt with a workable, acceptable plan. This is classic “All or Nothing” thinking. A democrat calling on a higher power reeks of shallow opportunism, especially since it took him over two years to take an interest in the middle class working person rather than the fat cat bankers and big company CEOs.
He needs what we all need:
“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws.” Ezekiel 36:26
If Obama were to get saved and truly repent of the way he has worked against the people of this nation that would be the best possible outcome.
Obama never sounds sincere when he plays “the religion card”. Perhaps, he should let God be God, and he should stop pretending to be God himself.
If he read the Bible, he might find all of the sound advice in there pertaining to how people should be managing finances which apply to Uncle Sam as well. People are encouraged to save their money and invest it wisely while staying out of debt.
