After 18 months of investigation and non-responses to Congressional subpoenas, the House of Representatives has voted to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in criminal contempt. The vote was bipartisan with 17 Democrats voting with Republicans. The final vote tally was 255 yeas, 67 nays and 110 members didn’t vote. Many members of the Congressional Black Caucus and Democrats walked out of the vote in protest. Holder is the first sitting attorney general to be held in contempt.
 Chairman of the House Oversight Committee Darrell Issa offered to delay or cancel the contempt vote today, so long as Attorney General Eric Holder delivered 1300 documents as part of compliance with a 22 part October 2011 subpoena. After a series of last minute meetings and efforts to prevent the vote, Holder failed to deliver those documents and the House proceeded as planned.

President Obama has asserted executive privilege to protect himself and his administration. His intent is to conceal their central role in the drafting of and implementation of Operation Fast & Furious. If this operation truly was borne elsewhere; by officials in the BATF or by Attorney General Eric Holder and officials at the Justice Dept., President Obama would have cut them all loose by now. The fact that he hasn’t means this is HIS operation.

I don’t think he’s an accessory to murder; he is the chief conspirator of the operation. Operation Fast & Furious, which was instituted to deprive Americans of their rights under the 2nd Amendment, is an illegal conspiracy. Therefore, the President of the United States, as the author of the conspiracy, has committed felony, capital MASS murder and felony murder of two United States law enforcement officers. These high crimes are punishable by death. Who, in our current government, has the guts to file charges? Hundreds of human beings are dead because of this. Their deaths must be avenged. They deserve justice. We, the People, must demand it for them.

For those who haven’t really followed the Fast and Furious scandal, here’s a five-step summary of how the operation was supposed to work:

1) Allow guns to flow freely to criminal elements in Mexico, where they are naturally used in the extremely violent and deadly criminal activities of the drug cartels.

2) When sufficient guns of American origin have been used in such criminal activities, enlist the willing services of the liberal media to announce the discovery thereof to the world.

3) Enlist multiple prominent Democrats to untruthfully proclaim that 90% of the guns used in Mexican  crimes originate in the U.S.

4) Use steps one through three to substantiate the liberal fallacy that private gun ownership leads to increased gun violence by gun owners.

5) With the compliance of a  thoroughly duped American public, enact increasingly restrictive gun ownership policies through federal agencies, bypassing Congress and the Supreme  Court.

This is not Barack Hussein Obama’s private fiefdom to do with as he sees fit, above the law and above the fray. He must be made to answer for this and to face judgment.

Let me be clear, I believe that Holder’s actions are in defense of the real culprit here: the president.

What he has been doing is waging war against Mexico – what else would you call the purposeful transfer of guns to criminal organizations that result in huge body counts?

What he has done is to concoct a conspiracy, the result of which is the undeniable fact that Brian Terry will not be down for breakfast. No illegal scheming on the part of Obama, no dead border agent. It’s that simple.

There will be no impeachment – at least before the election – the Republicans will not launch something that burdensome so close to November; nor should they.

The man who sees our Constitution as a Kodachrome negative of what it actually is trying to erase it from our midst. The proof is all around for you to see – the YouTube expressing his opinion that it is a charter of negative liberties, his childish (and erroneous) rant at the Supreme Court Justices during his SOTU speech and many more.

Let’s get behind Mr. Romney (warts and all) and get this rotten, despicable man out of our White House as soon as we can. Once he is out, he does not have the power of the presidency to protect himself or his cronies.

Then, let’s find out what he’s really been up to. If we find what we strongly suspect we should prosecute him and his to the fullest extent of the law.

And if we are successful in that, he will never see the light of day again; no traitor to this nation should ever be allowed to enjoy the liberties that have been paid for with the blood of its gallant forefathers against the very tyranny that Obama wishes to impose upon us.

 Even now, after following this story since it first broke last year, I find it incredible that this administration would risk getting caught running guns to the Mexican drug cartels merely to collect a few more chips to play in their never-ending political poker game to overturn the 2nd amendment. Were the lives lost of hundreds of Mexicans and our border agents merely part of this game to bolster the justification for imposing more gun restrictions? Is this administration so desperate to disarm the populace that they would be willing to engage in what on the surface appears to a totally hare-brained scheme? The risk: reward for such a scheme was so high that the story when it broke was initially discounted on the grounds that no one at the head of our government could be so foolish. It always had a great potential of back-firing on them, since its success required the involvement of too many people and that everyone who knew about it could keep their mouths shut. Well, that didn’t happen, so here we are – faced with another constitutional crisis to add to a growing list of other criminal, probably treasonous activity by this president and his underlings. These really are evil people. Without a 2nd amendment as a resistance to tyranny we would be completely at the mercy of such people, which it would appear we could never count on.

President Obama tries to Protect Eric Holder’s A**, claims “Executive Privilege” on Fast & Furious

The White House move means the Department of Justice can withhold the documents from the House Oversight Committee, which was scheduled to consider a contempt measure Wednesday against Holder.

In a letter to Obama seeking the assertion of executive privilege, Holder said the documents involved related to the Justice Department’s “response to congressional oversight and related media inquiries,” and that release of internal executive branch documents would have “significant, damaging consequences.”

Holder also said releasing the documents would “inhibit the candor of executive branch deliberations in the future and significantly impair the ability of the executive branch to respond independently and effectively to congressional oversight.”

A separate Justice Department letter to Issa made public minutes before the committee meeting was scheduled to begin Wednesday said Obama “has asserted executive privilege over the relevant post-February 4, 2011, documents.”

To Obama, Holder is a composite person just like the country is a composition of his imagination. If Congress, any Congress, would do their job and hold anyone and everyone accountable in the Executive branch when they violate the Constitution… maybe, just maybe the country has a chance. Don’t hold your breath though. Congress doesn’t hold anyone accountable. This is a banana republic.

Holder could have been giving guns to Mexicans himself with a live boy and a dead girl in his armor plated Chevy Suburban – and all Obama would have to do is sign a paper and he would walk free.

So, that leaves us to contemplate exactly what is being covered up and why.

I’ll tell you why – it’s because this is a purposeful and deliberate attack upon the Second Amendment of the Constitution by Barack Obama personally.

The answer to the current iteration of the famous Howard Baker question of Richard Nixon “what did the president know, and when did he know it?” is that he knew at the very genesis of the conspiracy because it is his conspiracy.

Holder is covering for Obama because there is no one else to take the fall.

They are hoping to run out the clock before Election Day and are betting the farm that the press will be able to keep it quiet just a little bit longer and they’ll be OK.

Except for one thing – no matter what they do, Brian Terry is still dead and it is their conspiracy that killed him.

 It’s always been obvious that F&F was too stupid of a plan to have been conceived at the operative level. If it had been they would have marched the guilty parties up to the gallows by now. No, this one starts at the top with Obama, Holder, Napolitano and Ms. Smarty Pants Clinton the brains of the plan. Plausible Deniability isn’t flying. We have always said that government officials are responsible and if their people make the mistakes, they are still responsible. If we had any sort of powerhouse media challenging this it would have been over long ago and the real culprits would pay the price.

This is an act of PURE desperation. Barack Obama thinks it’s better to kick the can for now than opening it to reveal gnarly, election-costing worms. Ignorantly and rhetorically I so wonder what’s stopping these con men from just destroying the documents and have somebody take the fall as usual.

House Oversight Committee will vote next week as to whether to hold Obama’s Minion-Tool, Eric Holder in contempt of Congress

CBS News has learned the House Oversight Committee will vote next week on whether to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress. It’s the fourth time in 30 years that Congress has launched a contempt action against an executive branch member.

This time, the dispute stems from Holder failing to turn over documents subpoenaed on October 12, 2011 in the Fast and Furious “gunwalking” investigation.

The problem is that no one (except those who visit conservative web sites) even knows about Fast & Furious — and what little they’ve heard is that Holder has turned over thousands and thousands of documents and that Issa isn’t satisfied. This isn’t likely to crescendo right before the election and it only may possibly get mentioned a tiny little bit in the network news most voters rely on. And, Justice and the White House have already tried to confuse this with a Bush program as though poor Holder was stuck with it. I applaud the contempt citation vote. It will probably backfire a little at least — but somehow the word has to get out.

A Border Patrol Agent is killed and 18 months later the Attorney General does not know who authorized the program? This is a text-book definition of stonewalling. Congress is negligent if they do not file a contempt charge.

Imagine a US Army General authorized a program arming the insurgents in Iraq to see who got the guns, with no notification if the Iraqi Police, no GPS tracking and no plan to recover them before used. And a US Soldier is killed from those unrecovered guns as well as hundreds of Iraqi citizens. How long would we allow the Defense Secretary to say they do not know who authorized it? Would they be allowed to turn over only 7,600 pages (5%) of the 140,000 pages on the operation subpoenaed? Would they be allowed to testify 8 times before a committee without the fundamental answer of who authorized it? Contempt is the tool congress has to get the answer after waiting way too long! How many more BAD decisions is this unknown authorizer making?

Ignoring the Facts of Fast and Furious is permitting a travesty. If I ran guns across the border, I would be charged with hundreds of years in Federal Prison. If we do not demand General Holder tells us who – shame on us as a people.

The only reason Holder has remained in his position at the DOJ is to protect BHO. The pertinent questions of “What did Holder know, when did he know about it and what did he do about it, other than to cover it up and shuffle those underlings to desk jobs closer to Holder to keep them quiet? The death of Border Agent Terry doesn’t appear to mean much to Holder and Co. In this case, the crime is worse than the cover up. So far no one has been held accountable for being complicit in Agent Terry’s death. The family deserves answers and accountability from those directly responsible for such stupid policies.

Worse yet, is the very real probability that the DOJ is riddled with more people who share the very same views as BHO and AG Holder. Ridding the DOJ of people who place their personal politics above the law will be a Herculean task for the next AG.

Rep. Darrell Issa Files Contempt Charges against Eric Holder for “Fast & Furious”

Republican Rep. Darrell Issa has circulated a lengthy pair of documents making the case for holding Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress over his “refusal” to cooperate in an investigation of the ill-fated Fast and Furious operation.

Issa, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, on Thursday sent to every member of his committee a 64-page draft contempt order against Holder, as well as a 17-page memo outlining the history of the scandal.

Obama hoped to keep a lid on this fiasco but it appears you can stonewall only so long with patriot Issa and his committee.

The real motives behind the fast and furious operation are not at all obvious. If the goal was to find drug cartel leaders through their need for buying black market, high powered assault weapons then it was a good lure up to the point they actually made the sale of working guns to the drug cartel leaders.

It’s like wanting to find Osama bin Laden and putting out a lure to get him to show himself.

Knowing he wants a nuclear device to blow up the US, you find him by putting up a nuclear weapon on the black market and make it known to his associates that’s it’s for sale.

At what point during this operation would you recognize that actually turning over a real bomb would be a fatal flaw in the plan. After all, you must know the risk of him using it against the very people the operation is designed to ultimately protect. If this “fast and furious gunrunning plan” was designed to identify cartel leaders, it was a plan with an enormous cost in human life.

Who provides oversight in plans with this kind of impact? Is the attorney general, an unelected official, really capable of making decisions on this level without oversight from the Congress or committees? Who is responsible to the people for the actions of this “public administrator”?

When such a low level of judgment has been exercised in an area of such high potential harm, it points to a seriously impaired system of oversight, protocol and authority. Heads should fall on this one and not just Holder’s, although he should go first.

Obama has used the Justice Department as a Praetorian Guard Political Shield in the Black Panther voter intimidation civil rights investigation, the Solyandra pay to play failed green energy loan bankruptcy investigation, the Fast and Furious gunrunning (the most serious because it caused the death of one of Janet Napolitano’s Border Patrol Agents and she is mildly “disturbed”) and the Kagan Obamacare conflict of interest as Solicitor General recusing paperwork. It has been used as a Praetorian Guard enforcer in expansion of Federal Power over States in the Arizona SB 1070 immigration bill; States Voter ID laws and redefining terrorism to a man caused disaster. Holder has all of the resources of a corrupt Justice Department, the Democrats in Congress, along with the Ministry of Truth media (ABC, CBS, MSNBC, CNBC, CNN, NY Times, AP) and George Soros Media Matters behind him. I know Issa is a sharp guy, he needs some pretty extensive resources to fight this much corruption and without the help of the media it is going to be difficult to get his message out.

Obama Tool AG Eric Holder: ‘Instances of In-Person Voter Fraud Are Extremely Rare’

And as we signal through our recent actions in South Carolina, in Florida and in Texas, we will continue to oppose discriminatory practices.

Now, let me be very clear. This administration will do whatever is necessary to ensure the continued viability of the voting rights act, our nation’s most important civil rights statue.

As Dr. King so often pointed out, in this great country the ability of all eligible citizens to participate in and have a voice in the work of government is not a privilege. It is a right. And protecting the right, the right to vote

And preventing and punishing fraudulent voting practices. It also demands that we engage in a thoughtful and truthful dialogue about where we should target our efforts. And where solutions are necessary.

Now, we might begin by acknowledging the fact that instances of in person voting fraud are extremely rare. A point from groups of different political affiliation have acknowledged… to the Republican Nation Lawyers Association have affirmed.

Now, despite its rarity, any instance of voter fraud is unacceptable and will not be tolerated by the Department of Justice. There is no dispute on this issue. “

So if I go around decapitating people with a broadsword you’d be OK with that since its extremely rare for people to be beheaded in public?

How is he to know if there is no requirement to provide proof of identity?  Since Chicago is well known for dead people voting, and San Francisco for ballot boxes appearing in the San Francisco Bay just to name two recent voter fraud cases involving thousands of votes in just two cities… this isn’t enough?  Could it be that Holder himself is a beneficiary of voter fraud?  After all look at the voting record from his legal residence and that of Obama and the new Mayor…of Chicago…where voter fraud has been SOP for over 100 years.

Then tell me, Mr. Holder, why Democrats in at least 5 (count ’em FIVE) are either in jail because of stuffing the ballot box, under indictment for stuffing the ballot box, or under investigation for stuffing the ballot box, if it’s so rare? The sole Republican convicted of voter fraud voted in the wrong precinct. Tell me again how rare it is!!!

I guess that explains all the uproar over Acorn and their subsequent defunding by congress as a result of the voter fraud perpetuated by them in 2008. Or how about the 4 Dems just last month that were charged. Google voter fraud in the USA and see what party get the most hits.

Holder, for someone in your position, you seemed to be the MOST UNINFORMED person I know of. Voter fraud, voter intimidation, fast and Furious…etc. etc.Dang Holder, tries to use a little intelligence and thought when you lie to try and make interesting and not so obvious and blatant.

The real problem Holder has is the fact that the American electorate is beginning to not trust that elections are honest and not being tampered with.  How do you make a statement like “instances of in person voting fraud are extremely rare” if you can’t and won’t identify voters?  It’s only rare in his mind because he knows how often the democrats do it.  They usually just have the SEIU rig the machines.  It you don’t think that is true Eric, ask Harry.

Whenever a politician says “Now, let me be very clear” that means ‘now let me lie to you’.  I guess that Holder was asleep when former Acorn members were found guilty of voter fraud.  Also, when Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse along with Bart Simpson not only registered to vote for Obama but also contributed to his campaign.  Not to mention all the deceased people rising up to vote for Obama.

 Justly regarded as the most aggressive abortion defender to ever occupy the White House, President Obama has spent two years prosecuting pro-life advocates, using the Department of Justice as his weapon.

 This campaign is so legally groundless that a federal judge recently ordered the DOJ to pay $120,000 to one of its targets, a pro-lifer caught peaceably distributing anti-abortion literature outside a Florida abortion facility.

The American voters are watching the Battle between Good and Evil being played out in the U.S. Government. Eric Holder and Obama are fighting against God, not against republicans. They hate humanity and God’s creation. Population Control is one of their main concerns, because in their sick twisted and warped minds, they think human beings contribute to the SCAM of global warming. They are telling us they serve the prince of darkness and want nothing to do with Christianity, morality and Capitalism. Their hatred for God, Christians and Conservatives are growing deeper by the day, because they consider us the main obstacle and road block to their one world global paradise and counterfeit world of anti-Christians. It’s up to each American to expose what’s REALLY going on and vote the enemies out of office. God expects us to fight the good fight against evil, because He’s on OUR side.

If they can tell the Catholic Church to provide contraception in their institutions, then they can tell them to provide abortion in their hospitals. First will come the abortion pill – not quite as gross as the major operation that is a regular abortion, but that opens up the door to abortions right up to 10 months and beyond. Remember that state Senator Barack Obama supported nurses and doctors murdering any babies who escaped d eath when their abortion didn’t work out right.

If Obama can tell Catholic Hospitals to have abortions, he can tell them to get rid of all the crosses and all the bibles and all the religious images that are important to Catholics. (Obama already had that done when he spoke at a Catholic university.) When we read that they were drinking imitation blood at the White House Halloween Party and that Obama doesn’t like crosses, I concluded that Obama must secretly think he’s a vampire or something.

If Obama can dictate anything he wants to the Catholic Church in America, then he can dictate anything he wants to all other religions. He can then exempt anyone he wants, such as all the mosques, for example: Obama’s power given to him by ObamaCare makes him King. He can theoretically tell anyone and everyone having anything to do with medicine or insurance what to do, and he can exempt any of the same. THAT is why ObamaCare should be unconstitutional – because he has so much unstructured power. Did Congress pass a law to place abortion into Catholic Hospitals? No they did not, but the law effectively made Obama a dictator over the entire health care industry anyway.

For their agenda to succeed, liberals must marginalize — if not outright destroy — all people of faith. It has been often said that if one reads the Bible, especially the New Testament, it will make him or her conservative. Liberals oppose nearly everything that is taught in the Scriptures.

The biggest lie of all was “tolerance” as put forth by the liberals. The principle was that all people of faith had to accept that all faiths were equally valid. The concept was designed to destroy all faiths. If you can get people to believe that, then they are denying whatever truth they believe their own faith teaches. Of course, the liberals themselves will accept nobody’s faith as being valid.

Attorney General Incompetent Extraordinaire Eric Holder “Fast & Furious Poorly Executed”

Attorney General Eric Holder testified about the gun-running program “Fast & Furious” to Congress today. He would not admit the program was a mistake, instead saying if he had to do it over again he would make some changes.

My first reaction is; how would Eric the errand boy know if it was run well or not? By his own admission, he doesn’t have a clue what happens outside of the cocktail parties and NAACP meetings or however he fills his day. He certainly isn’t spending it reading departmental communications, or being briefed on what his people do. My next thought would be that any admission of wrongdoing, any apology, or acknowledgement of misdeeds would result in civil lawsuits that would require the discovery of documentation and evidence that Holder and Obama do not want public. He is thinking still about CYA and wagons circled around the administration. Soros and Stern sure are getting what they have paid for

Holder says it wasn’t a mistake but poorly executed? Translation– it was poorly executed because he got caught. We know this operation led to the death of one of our agents, and who knows how many of our citizens, and also how many thousands or tens of thousands of deaths on the Mexican side?

The only thing poorly executed by the ATF/DOJ guns for thugs program was the border patrol agent who was ambushed and murd ered bringing the whole plan under public scrutiny. Otherwise it went pretty much according to plan. Unfortunately for the Obama administration because their deliberate involvement was uncovered they were unable to use the stats, situation, and the death of the agent to their advantage in furtherance of their gun grabbing scheme

The level of Obama’s incompetence glares every time this man appears in public. He should have been fired the second he made those racially inflammatory remarks informing America that WE are racist not even one month after this loathsome administration gained power. Not ‘office’, but POWER. The scurrilous judgment on the Panthers not being pertinent because it was perpetrated against whites should have been the last straw. He is an embarrassment ON TOP of an embarrassment. .

I suppose if F&F isn’t a failure, we probably had no idea what the big plan was in the first place! My own estimate was it was to be used for an example to fight to get rid of our 2nd amendment rights. If not for a typical government operation of ineptness, mistakes, lies and a very poor plan in the first place, maybe Barry and Eric would have sprung their attempt to end the citizens’ rights to arm and protect themself from our government.

 After all just who in Washington (either party) ever does anything to uphold our Constitution?

 

Andrew Breitbart: Hollywood could not have of dreamt of “Fast and Furious”

Breitbart told “The Daily Caller” that of the big stories that the media is ignoring the “Fast & Furious” scandal is one of his top picks. He said that even those in Hollywood couldn’t dream up a scenario where the government crafts a program with the “[purpose] of creating a narrative that they could use in America to try and thwart our Second Amendment constitutional rights.”

These are the facts:

Fact #1: Under Operation “Fast and Furious,” Barack Hussein Obama and Eric Holder KNOWINGLY violated the law by allowing Mexican drug cartels to acquire thousands of assault weapons.

Fact #2: Weapons found at the murder scene of U.S. BorderPatrol Agent Brian Terry (who was shot in the back with an AK-47) have been DIRECTLY LINKED to Operation “Fast and Furious.”

Fact #3: In light of the facts above, Barack Hussein Obama and Eric Holder are Accessories to Murder.

Future historians will put Obama and his minions in the most corrupt column. He will go down as the most corrupt, most divisive and most un-American president ever. Yes the truth will come out eventually and it will also be said that the MSM was complicit in his dealings and that they stood by and did nothing because their partisan political views made them blind to the truth.

Fast & Furious is just another attempt to help stir up support to do away with guns. The problem most liberals have is the truth. Guns endless lives than the automobile. If I thought like a liberal, I would have to conclude that Obama actually supports an industry bent on the destruction of American lives. It is equally ridiculous to blame autos for deaths as it is guns. It is the people behind the instrument that causes the death, not the instrument itself.

The Constitution is worthless if no one enforces it. Obama will continue to do whatever he pleases until Congress stops him. The President of the US has always been given a certain level of privilege to run the country how he sees fit; however, it has gotten way out of hand in this case. Racism is the specter that frightens away any justice. Bush or Reagan would have been impeached and imprisoned by now.

Apparently the citizens don’t matter at this point in our history. Voter fraud is a science and the communists are so numerous in Washington, it wouldn’t matter if Reagan was resurrected. The bureaucrats run this country now. They’ve moved the USSR to the USSA.

An ideological radical progressive liberal like Obama and his administration of thugs would be sinister enough to not only dream-up “fast and furious” but attempt to put it into effect. The intent of “fast and furious” was to put American gun manufactures guns on the streets of Mexico, killing Mexican citizens. In turn the Mexican government would file lawsuits against U.S. gun manufacturers with the Obama administrations hopes of the costly litigation expenses bankrupting our gun manufacturers, that was there ploy and there goal. The Obama administration is so corrupt they make Richard Nixon look like a choir boy.
